The University of the National Education Commission of Krakow has operated the Centre for Polish Language which provides short- and long-term courses of Polish for foreigners on all language competence levels since 2010. The courses include:
The Centre’s teaching staff has academic training and many years of experience in teaching Polish as a foreign language. We perceive courses offered by our Centre not only as a way of promoting Polish language and culture, but also as a forum for meetings, exchange of experience, and the initiation of contacts between East and West.
The Centre’s main tasks include:
- Providing education in the area of Polish language and culture for non-residents of Poland
- Broadly understood inter-cultural communication.
